1. Scope

This GDPR Notice applies to all personal data we process in connection with our website, our business consultancy services, and our employment and recruitment activities. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which provides full details of our data processing activities.

2. Our Data Protection Principles

We process personal data in accordance with the following GDPR principles: Lawfulness, fairness, and transparency β€” we process data on a valid legal basis and are transparent about how we use it. Purpose limitation β€” data is collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and not processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes. Data minimisation β€” we collect only the data that is necessary for the stated purpose. Accuracy β€” we take reasonable steps to ensure data is accurate and kept up to date. Storage limitation β€” data is retained only for as long as necessary. Integrity and confidentiality β€” we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.

3. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject, you have the following rights: Right of access β€” you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Right to rectification β€” you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data. Right to erasure β€” you may request deletion of your data where there is no compelling reason for continued processing. Right to restriction β€” you may ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances. Right to data portability β€” you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format. Right to object β€” you may object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing. Rights related to automated decision-making β€” we do not make solely automated decisions that produce significant legal effects. Right to withdraw consent β€” where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of your rights, please submit a written request to [email protected]. We will respond within one calendar month. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. There is no charge for exercising your rights unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

5. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal — ANSPDCP).
